Santosh sir was wonderful host, he is very cooperative, humble, downtoearth & sober, flat is exactly the same as showed in the pics, grocery shop, fruits & vegetables shop, medical chemist shop are just outside the society gate, many good restaurants are closeby, Balewadi high street is also very nearby, Highly recommended this property to anyone who wants to stay in a peaceful & comfortable property !!
